Reid has been actively involved in property management and operations since 2005, managing personally owned rental properties purchased as value-add acquisitions as well as creating the property management division at John L Scott. Having subsequently worked for two national commercial real estate firms, his expertise from investment sales paired with today’s role of President of Maven Properties NW, uniquely position him to oversee Norkirk Capital’s assets to achieve our long-term investment goals.

Alex brings 15 years of diverse experience in the residential construction and development industry. He has worked as a civil engineer, residential home builder and developer, and in private lending, entering the value-add multifamily market in the Puget Sound in 2010. At Norkirk, Alex is responsible for sourcing and analyzing investments in target markets, securing debt and equity, and overall portfolio performance.
